โUnfortunately the air conditioning didnโt work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. โThe hotel staff was very friendly and helpful: from recommending a reliable taxi service app to helping me find an open restaurant nearby at 12am, from exceptional daily housekeeping service to cooking my breakfast in advance due to my early check-out.
The hotel is clean, well-maintained and the staff take all required COVID-19 prevention measures.

โIโm staying in this hotel for the third time-itโs always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-itโs not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!โ
