"Very underwhelmed with this hotel. My daughter & I arrived for a 2-night stay. The AC never fully cooled the room and the shower water was never “hot.” The ice machine on our floor was “Out of Order” and smelled as if something had died inside it. In addition…we brought our dog and upon arrival was told it would be an additional $75 (not a problem.) The following day, I was taking my dog outside when an employee at the Front Desk told a patron to hold on a second, while she yelled at me to first ask my room number then asked if I had paid the “Pet Fee” yet? It was rude, embarrassing and totally unnecessary. They also placed a $100 hold on my card to cover any incidentals that we might accrue. It’s been 48 hours since I checked out…I never charged anything to my room and the hold remains. I called this morning to ask why it remained and I was told it might take a week to disappear. The whole experience has been very disappointing given this was a special “Father/Daughter” weekend that was otherwise awesome. We will return to the area but will find another place to stay."

"Where do I start.. myself my elderly mom along with other family traveled from buffalo ny to Atlanta to bury my dad. I paid for a 2night stay, arrived Friday overly exhausted..Saturday my husband and I leave our room to go to the funeral never spoke to anyone. Come back room clraned.. ok great but I didn't request a clean go to take my pancreas cancer meds..THEY'RE GONE..go to front desk manager Nick says no cleaning..he finds out from Mary that Claudia did clean n throw away my Pancreas Cancer meds. UNBELIEVABLE.. I PAY OUT OF POCKET ALOT MONTHLY JUST TO TRY AND STAY ALIVE.. NICK DOES NOTHING BUT OFFER 11.00 OFF MY WEEKEND STAY.. NOT TO MENTION THE HOTEL IS A HOMELESS SHELTER AS WELL THE ENTIRE PLACE SMELLS CARPETS FILTHY HORRIBLE. FYI IF I PASS AWAY FROM THIS NOT HAVIN MY MEDS FROM SATURDAY UNTIL I FINALLY GOT OFF A 13HOUR DRIVE HOME MONDAY..PLEASE PLEASE DON'T RESERVE THIS HOTEL .. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS AND SAY SORRY IT WAS A MISTAKE...WORDS OUT OF NICK MOUTH...MISTAKES HAPPEN...IM APPLAUDED I JUST WANT COMPENSATION OF MY FULL REFUND FOR MY ROOM AND MEDS SINCERELY MS.ALMOND BUFFALO NY 6/8/2026"

"The AC made really loud noises when it would cool the room so it was hard to sleep. We resulted in going out to buy a fan so we could turn off the AC fan. The bathroom sink did not work properly- only the hot water stream worked. The cold water was a very tiny stream and did not come out more than that. The hotel breakfast was also very disappointing. Wish there would’ve been more variety other than bagels and cereal. The bagels didn’t even have cream cheese or butter options. Other than those issues, our stay was pleasant for the 3 nights we stayed. The cleaning staff were kind and always restocked our towels!"
