“This is my third time staying at Hilton Alpharetta, and this visit was especially delightful. Tricia at the concierge remembered me, even though it had been 9 months since my last stay. Her warm and genuine greeting was so meaningful, and it reassured me that I’ll continue to return and recommend this place to others. Additionally, the staff member in the lounge on the 8th floor (I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly kind and greeted me warmly every time. Honestly, they both deserve a raise!...
