โOur stay at Mountain Design Hotel was beyond amazing. From the time we checked in until the moment we left nothing could have been better. We were very fortunate to have met the owner Rowland. His knowledge of the area is unparalleled. His suggestion of hiking trails put us on the best hike that we have ever done. โThe hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. Itโs a 25-35โ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.โ
