"Being near the train station, trams at front door, yet easy walk into city is always a drawcard. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff makes it the perfect stay for me. "

"We loved our stay at the Passage. It was very clean, well organized and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. While the suite didn't have a separate room, it was nice how far away the sofa bed was from the actual bedroom and, with a sound machine, we were able to feel like we had two separate spaces.
The bathrooms are very nice, but there were a couple quirky things
1. This would *not* be a suitable option for friends or multiple couples that like privacy. There is only a clear glass door for the shower room and it never fogs over so everyone who walks by has a clear view of the person bathing.
2. The toilet is in a separate room from the tub, sink and shower, so you have to go into a separate room to wash your hands
Overall, though, we would return to the Passage in a heartbeat--just a few small things that might have been nice to know in advance :)"
"Absolutely amazing 3 days. Hospitality top notch. Breakfast and coffee shop team brilliant. Rooms are really good - very good location - we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Crisp housekeeping and front desk team is knowledgeable and courteous. "
"This is a very convenient hotel. The room facilities may not be luxurious, but they are well-equipped and clean. The staff are friendly, and the location right next to the station makes it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast food is fresh and healthy. Highly recommended"
