This is a very convenient hotel. The room facilities may not be luxurious, but they are well-equipped and clean. The staff are friendly, and the location right next to the station makes it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast food is fresh and healthy. Highly recommended

A little bit far from the center but there are a couple of bus stops nearby, around 2 min walking. The staff helps you pretty well with recommendations.

Great Location For The Tram To The Town Centre

If you want somewhere to just put your head down for the night then this is perfect but the rooms are a little small. The tram service in to town (number 14), which runs right to the centre of town is literally less than a 5 minute walk and free to staying guests.

We had a lovely room overlooking the railway. The room was large enough for the 3 of us and they even gave us a kettle to bake our own drinks. Lady on reception very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and good choices.

Clean, poor location

Nice and clean, but bit small room. Not nice neighbourhood. Room view was a highway. Breakfast did not have much variety and it didn't feel very homemade. Visitors toilet was really clean and the staff was friendly.

Beautiful Basel Break

I was allocated a room on the 11th floor so the view from My bedroom window of the city was amazing, even at night as all the street lights came on. The location of the Hotel was ideal for Me as it meant I was able to walk to the Basel football shopping centre in 15 minutes and to the Rhine river and hills which surround the city. It was also only 20 minutes walk from the main station although there was also a tram stop 2 minutes walk away which linked the location to the centre and of course was free as is all public transport during the duration of any stay.

Not my best night in a hotel

I arrived late. The bar/restaurant was closed. The room was rather noisy (I think there was a highway next to the hotel). The hotel was accessible from city center by uber. I’m not sure I could have done it by feet. The staff was friendly. I had to leave early. I haven’t tried the breakfast. Also the alarm rang during the night and all customers had to leave their room to meet in the lobby. Hopefully no fire. It was not really a good night.

More like a one star hotel

I simply don t understand how this place can have 3 stars. It s at best 1 star. The staff seemed overworked, stressed out, and bothered by the simple presence of the guests. We asked if the room would be noisy being near the elevator, they said no, but oh boy was it noisy… the room was not really cleaned, still hair on the desk near the entrance. The entire vibe of the place was industrial and cheap. The only redeeming point for this place was its convenient location with a nice (paying) parking.

I was impressed with the ease, the service and the breakfast was good. The room was very good. The only let down it wasn't in the best part of Basel.... Basel as a whole a big thumbs up

Clean and efficient

Very clean, efficient, clean and modern hotel. The hallway and rooms are mostly white, which emphasizes the cleanness but lack a warm atmosphere. It is a functional hotel. Quite and comfortable for an overnight stay.
