โGreat location to ski lifts and staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast was included. Spa was nice as well. Loved the balcony view of mountains. โ
โNice little appartment without a view of the mountain (view on parking lot). Very clean but cooking tools (wine opener, most cooking utensils, scissors etc...) needs replacement. Clearly used as a rental. Quite loud appartment building with soundproofing not very efficient. Size of appartment ok for 2-3 ppl maximum.โ

โVi rejste 2 voksne og to stรธrre bรธrn. Vi havde det skรธnneste ophold i 4. Nรฆtter i den smukkeste suite pรฅ 5. Sal. Virkelig lรฆkkert nyt hotel, hvor alt var tip top. Morgenmaden rigtig god, det venligste og mest hjรฆlpsomme personale. Mulighed for at vaske tรธj var rigtigt fedt, vi rejste 3 uger i 4 lande. Eneste minus er, at det er dyrt at parkere alle vegne. Vi vil til hver tid anbefale dette flotte skรธnne hotel.โ
โMy wife and me stayed here to see one of the Women's Euro games. I have stayed in a lot of European hotels, and i have never felt so welcome. The lady that checked us in at the front desk was cordial and helpful and I felt like she went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is clean, and simple, but great. The location is central and convenient to walk to the train station and all the city sights. We also had the breakfast buffet, which was very very good. I want to go back...
โI donโt usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food Iโve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, Iโm so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. The town was a beautiful quiet village compared to Zermatt which felt really hectic and crowded. I really hope to end up back here in the...
