"Mixed feeling of RIXXA hotel. Its very well located and the staff are friendly enough, but by guessing that its ran by 2 reception staff - for thw time i was aat the hotel (about 4 days) i never once had a room clean and had ro go and ask for toilet paper (for which they didnt have!). Pretty basic rooms with no wardrobe nor desk - just a bed and and an adjacent bathroom (shower, sink and toilet- which drips constantly!). The breakfast wasn't really worth getting up for either. "First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused.
