He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. "First of all, I have to give 100 points to the staff, they are excellent, the place looks a bit like a fairy tale village, our cabin had jacuzzi and wood fire heater( tha we didn't used), beds are comfortable and the cabin looks a bit like a yert. The breakfast was OK, the only thing that needs to be improved is that the Internet in the cabin was very slow "
