“When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here.”

“Check in and check out were easy. The condo was in a good location, within a few minutes of the marina and 30 minutes of the rainforest, and 20-25 minutes of Luquillo and Seven Seas Beach, which were beautiful beaches to see. The cleanliness of the condo itself was lacking. There was still trash from the previous renter and we had to purchase laundry detergent and dish sponges ourselves. The AC was also very loud in the living room, which prevented us from using it most of the time we were in...

“The overall property was great and comfortable but be mindful of the potholes going into the property especially if you have low sitting cars. Area is not too far from food locations and other retailer’s ”

“They gave me a dirty apartment no clean towels, hair all aver the dirty beds. Dog hair all over the floors. I also found dead cockroaches in the rooms and bathrooms. ”
