"good overnight stay "

"the property is old, the carpet is old and im not sure if its really clean. Nothing to do much in Dartmouth area so i would only recommend this when you have something to do in the area. We were there for my daughter’s graduation at UMass"

"If you want a quaint, MV type motel, this is the place! It is adorable. We had a great view of the harbor and all the activities! The room was small but super clean and comfortable. Everything was pristine. There are great food options nearby. We ate at the Black Dog Bakery, ArtCliff Diner (great breakfast) and the Net Result. All served great food. The bus terminal is really close by for any transportation needs. Would definitely stay again!"

"The location was wonderful. I could walk to town. But the room was cold. I couldn't get the heater to work. The only light was one small lamp. They need to put another lamp by the bed. The size of the room was good and it was good to have the refrigerator. "

"Close to ferry"

"The Sea Breeze Inn was very cute and well run and well maintained. The owners are very inviting and friendly. We were able to chat with them about Greece. The food and service at Yiayia’s Cafe are enough to make us want to come back!"

"This is a great small hotel near Newport. Great location. Rooms were nice size, very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again !"

"This is my second time at this motel and I absolutely love it. It's an old time motel updated for today. Its got its quirks due to its age (older motels don't have plugs in the bathrooms, its a pretty common occurance), but nothing to keep me from coming back. Its also walking distance to the main section of main street in Falmouth, making it real easy to just park at the motel then walk down to the shops and restaurants down the street. I'll be back."
