"The female staff member who handled the phone call during check-in was very rude and unprofessional."

"We pulled into the location a little late in the evening and the owner was waiting for us. He walked us to the room, and showed how to access the room. We then walked to get some dinner. The room had a view of the garden and the ocean. It had heating and air conditioner and our own bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our trip to the German village."
