"It was nice to be upgraded to a villa but the daily servicing was poor and inconsistent. The reception staff were pleasant in taking the requests. We were there for five nights and I had to ask for new towels and tea/coffee refills. "

"An exceptional stay in a bush view lodge "tent". The included activities were delightful (feeding a giraffe was a highlight!), and the three-course dinner was absolutely delicious, as was breakfast the next day. Excellent gluten free options too, which was much appreciated! Staff were wonderful, tours fabulous, room was comfortable and warm despite it being 0C overnight. 'Tents' are starting to show a little bit of age and a little refresh wouldn't go amiss, but honestly this didn't detract from...
