“I booked a hotel ended up being moved to a hostel/BnB without the breakfast. No one to assist me with anything. Ended up at my hostel by chance, someone in the neighborhood knew where it was. No one told me where or what room I was in. Spent an hour waiting for a reply to my messages. Finally got in the room... the mattress was worn out like it spent 10 years in a house of ill repute. I woke up with a sore back, good thing I only had to sleep on it for four hours. ”

“This is the type of place you go to get away from everyday life. It is tranquil, relaxing, quiet and you get treated like family by both the owner and the other guests that seem to come back again, and again. The hot spring feeds the main pool and hot tubs which will help you relax. I will say, the location is a bit remote and if you plan on traveling to this resort, you should plan accordingly. “This hotel is amazing, it has the perfect location, a beautiful beach, close to enough and good restaurants, walking distance to night life, and overall access to tours and entertainment of everything Tela has to offer. It’s absolutely convenient. The food in the restaurant it’s delicious, and the staff is kind and helpful to make our stay so much special with their local recommendation. ”

“This is house style hotel. Not attached to the main street, wifi internet does not reach to the room, not so clean, not recommendable.”
