"The room was excellent and the kitchen provided everything we needed. However the elevator was not working and our room was on the fourth floor and they only have one elevator. They would have let us known before we checked in. "

"The front desk staff was extraordinary! We usually stay at higher end hotels but the family selected Sleep Inn for price & location. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of bedding, bathroom layout & service. The breakfast buffet is sufficient with limited options but clean & refreshed promptly as items ran low. Our shower light was burned out & the bathroom floor needed some grout repair, but that is the worst complaint we could muster. Overall, for price, convenience, location &...
