"Faultless. No engagement with any staff, fully self serve. Rooms were too hot, v expensive but no issues."

"We chose the quadruple family room for 3 adults. Well worth the extra money. Much more space and bigger bathroom. Love the fact you can do laundry at the hotel and park your car if you need to. So close to an excellent supermarket. Would definitely iyely stay here again. "

After waiting that hour in the lobby (after a long overnight flight), upon trying to check in again at 15:00 (the kiosk did not work for this), we were told our room still was not ready, and to come back in 15 minutes. Given the size of the line for check-in, I just went back to the end of the line. After getting to the front of the line again after 15 mins, was told the room still was not...

"Good value for your dollar. Rooms were basic but clean. Easy walk to train. Not much to see or do near the property. It is NOT air conditioned and it is noisy with an open window."

"We arrived late evening and were allocated apartment 1008. After searching, unfortunately, we were not able to find this and went back to the phone in reception and were given a different apartment which was excellent. We looked in daylight but never found 1008."

"I chose this hotel because it was the only one that had 24h check-in option ( I landed quite late). Didn’t expect much from the room, but I was quite surprised to see how clean it was. Indeed it was a small room-hence the name of the hotel, but it was clean, warm with a very comfortable bed that had a mattress protection and clean sheets (quality ones-cotton). In the bathroom there were clean towels (again, quality ones) and a small hand soap and a small sachet of 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash,...

"My room was very clean, bright and suprisingly spacious, especially the bathroom. The 4pm check in was a bit late for me though. Also I think there should be something to help push the water towards the drain after a shower."

"If you go with car, very convenient, many car park, next to express way. Without car, only a few dinner place at 1.5km range, Kebab car, Italian restaurant and Mcdonald, or Bowling Arena with a bar n cafe. Breakfast are nice, although the same everyday, but is good for breakfast "

"Rome was clean, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Staff very nice helpful. The sauna was very nice. The hot tub could use a bit slid attention though. "
