South Texas Plains 2 Stars Hotels

Very nice Hotel. I highly recommend, close to stores and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious for being Hotel food. Hot Coffee offered all day! Lobby was very accommodating to work and the pool table a plus!! We didn’t get to get in the pool but it was nice. Definitely stay here if your near the border area.

Very friendly staff they went out of their way to help us out

Very convenient and quiet

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great

This one night stay was amazing, everything was super clean and definitely worth the price. The room was spacious, plenty of lighting options to accommodate everyone. Full length mirrors were perfect. Beds extremely comfortable, A/C was wonderful, and I was impressed with the TV mounted ability to swivel!! Breakfast area was fantastic and clean, good food options too. Parking lot was secured which was so great!! Staff was friendly. Noise levels were almost nonexistent.

What a wonderful ‘hidden gem’! We have been coming to the Hill Country for getaways for decades and had never ‘discovered’ this property, or, quite frankly, the entire city of Comfort … a place we had always just driven by on the Interstate. Found out it was brand new when we arrived, everything was very clean & fresh. Also, new and updated. The staff was very friendly. They also had security patrolling. Great experience, only thing was I read a form explaining they only clean once a week with “touch ups” would inquire about that but besides that great!

Very friendly staff Room clean free breakfast great

Todo bien sigan mejorando

I booked The Pear Inn for our last night of a five-day trip because it was only five minutes from the airport and offered a free shuttle to the airport, and I wasn’t disappointed! The property was beautiful and inviting, with a cozy lounge area where I enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine in the lounge to watch the Dodgers play. They offer a great breakfast (though we missed it with our early flight),it was listed to serve biscuits and gravy, potatoes, bacon and eggs, plus 24/7 soda machine....

Very modern, nice shower, bed was SUPER comfy!

good for the price. located in downtown so there are so many places to go close by. the hotel is old and historic so understand that it will look old lol. pros: - great service - free breakfast (our favorite) - free wifi - clean (enough) - cable tv (no smart tv which was okay for us lol) - literally walking distance to the alamo and riverwalk cons: - 45 d*llars per day parking. since this place is located downtown, i understand it’s hard to find parking but i always expect hotels to have...
