"I was really pleased with my stay here. I stayed in the single room. It was spacious with had clean furniture. The room was clean. My only complaint was an occasional smell in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly. They had a very nice rooftop area, and it was in a great area. Highly recommended. "

"Check in was very good, the concierge was excellent providing map with suggestions to do. The kitchen attendants were very nice and helpful. Location was good and easy access to transportation and gateway of India, walking distance from Victoria Terminus "

"Extremely polite and professional staff. However, the buffet dinner timing should be extended from 8-10 pm to at least 8-11 pm. Not every guest is habituated with finishing their meal by 10 PM. Also, the buffet counters are removed after the cut off time which means your food tends to get cold. If course the staff was courteous enough to serve food after 10 PM. However, if the timing is extended, it saves everyone the hassle."
