"Unfortunately the system for checking in remotely was extremely slow and took over an hour for our room number to be sent to us so although paid for the room’ could not get in."

"We had flushing issues with the toilet but the staff fixed the problem immediately. The receptionist was nice because we needed a refund for a breakfast that we were not going to use, and we got the refund immediately. Overall we felt safe within the property."

Cela nous a obligé à chercher une autre solution pour passer les après-midi (à 20 km de là). Par ailleurs, le samedi, à 14 heures, heure de la sieste, 2 agents d'entretien ont soufflé les feuilles juste devant notre hébergement avec des souffleuses extremement bruyantes et pendant un bon moment. "We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny medieval town of Sarrazac and La Bonne Famille lived up to their name with their charming hotel and restaurant. For 5 generations they have been running their business and it shows in the level of professionalism and commitment to service. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a large shower.
