I recommend taking a screen shot of instructions to get in and the WiFi code. My phone had poor signal on part of the drive up the mountain. I was able to get on the WiFi in the parking lot, find the code to get in the property and communicate on the app quickly. This may not be an issue for your phone carrier, but...

“When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here.”

“Well located within walking distance to the beach and the Estacion restaurant. Rooms are very clean, with slightly weird but harmless modern decor. There's a nice courtyard and a small pool. Rooms vary, but ours had two porches, one overlooking the pool and one overlooking the garden/patio area. Pay attention to the check in procedure, there is no desk onsite, you need to give them a card for incidentals ahead of time and then they send an entry code.”
