Schade nur, dass die 90 Grad Sauna wรคhrend unserer 5-tรคgigen Aufenthalt laufend auรer Brtrieb war, etstaunlich, das sie nicht schnell wieder intakt gesetzt werdeb konnte. Auch ein Kritikpunkt ist der Mangel an Liegen im Ruhebereich des Wellnessraums - 6 Liegen fรผr ganzes Hotel ist, meiner Meinung nach, viel zu wenig. Im Frรผhstรผck-Buffet wรผrde ich mir etwas mehr am Gebรคck wรผnschen.

Fรผr die, die Annex buchen: Speisesaal und der Wehr schรถne Wellnessbereich sind problemlos รผber einen Durchgang im Haus erreichbar. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Wellness unzureichend ausgeschrieben, man irrt durch die Gรคnge. Das Zimmer war zwar veraltet eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestรถrt hat, dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt hat und der kalte Rauch aus dem Mitarbeiterzimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer zog. โ
โEverything is perfect for our family. Our family enjoyed beautiful nature at wonderful apartment. Reception manager was extremely nice and helpful. It would be more better to stay couple of days at wonderful place.โ

โThe Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity.
Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that werenโt scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance.
I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities.โ
โIch durfte schon mehrmals mit meinen Enkelkindern unseren Urlaub in diesen wunderschรถnen ruhig gelegenen Hotel genieรen.
Auch in diesem Urlaub konnten wir es sehr schรถnes und wie immer sehr sauberes und gemรผtliches Zimmer mit Bergblick beziehen.
Bei familiรคrer Atmosphรคre und wieder sehr freundlichen Personal, welches keinen Wunsch offen lieร, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefรผhlt.

โThe best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
