"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. Fantastic location, right next to ski lift. Something to be aware of is you're on a hill (which gives you the amazing views), but if you want to walk down into town in the evening you have a 10 minute walk back up a relatively steep hill. "

The construction and interior were traditional Tyrolian woodwork. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects. They provided us with a personal hotpot and teas. The breakfast, which is included, was better than most B and B's provide. Everything was fresh and well presented. The breakfast room is charming and well appointed. Can't say enough good things...
