"Staff were helpful"

"Clean hotel, decent rooms, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast and WiFi connections are good. The heating could be better during the day. Quality shampoo is needed in the washrooms. Curtains are weak: blocking curtains are needed for a better sleep."

"The staff were very helpful. Initially I needed to change my room on day 2 as I could smell some lingering smoke. I told them at reception who advised it’s a non smoking property but someone has obviously broken the rules. The reception gave me an option of a few rooms to choose from which was nice and it made the remaining of my trip perfect. House keeping was friendly too. There ain’t a kettle in the room however plentiful tea and coffee downstairs at reception which you can help yourself to...

"This hotel is on a quiet side street. Although it doesn't have views, it has a wonderful ambience and is a great place to rest and relax between adventures. There is a fantastic restaurant upstairs. Parking was easy and always available. "

"The staff and service are great, but the hotel is confusing as one business appears to operate multiple hotel listings, meaning you may stay in a different part of the (albeit small) town - the room standards appear similar, though. Unusually, no waters in the room, and poor wi-fi in the room we had. The bathroom was quite tired, with poorly maintained elements, and deep cleaning felt lacking. A good breakfast."

"The facility maintains infection control policy which was set up by the local public health authorities, very clean room. Night administrator was very helpful, breakfast was 5 star standards. "

"Pros: Perfect location with a good river view. Cons: The parking lot isn't accessible without asking the hotel staff about its location ( Off-site parking in a maze full of one-way streets) Another point to mention is: THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN AND NOT SOUNDPROOF. We woke up at 2 AM because the next door room were hooking up loudly! Also, in the toilet you can enjoy chatting with the other room toilet visitors if you wish( Exactly as we are sharing place together). "
