"The staff is excellent always smiling the breakfast is the best the dinner wow,want to give big shout outs to my new friends Sabaatien at the front desk and Brandon Lee Bruce lee son lol,and shout out to Lisa holding down the cafe spot shes remarkable, overall was good,my set back is sometimes late you will hear a lot of talking in the hallway,but other than that i like it,thanks for a wonderful stay"

"It is a good, safe, medium-sized hotel in an interesting neighborhood. Plus it is close to the subway. The staff are the best part of the hotel. They are polite, friendly, efficient and reliable. They work very hard for the guests. They also speak excellent English. The staff are the best feature of this hotel. Shoutouts to Rodrigo and Oliver who were so helpful and worked do hard."

"Great location. Within a few minutes walking distance to the major bus stations and airport shuttle bus. 200 mtrs walk to metro station.Breakfast was excellent and had lactose free milk and decaffeinated coffe. Which was excellent for my special dietary requirements. "

"1.Excellent river view. 2.Close to train station, bus station to Macchu Picchu, restaurants. 3.Friendly staff. 4.The only thing I would like to point out is they did do room service every day. We stayed there more than one night. We had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels after we run out of them. We were at 5th floor, a lots of leg work...you know."

"Our room had a lake view which was stunning. Room was comfortable even if a little dated. Unfortunately you can't regulate the heating and it was unbearable the first night, added to the heat was the noise of traffic outside, we were told we could turn it off completely, but there was no handle to do so, when the maintenance person arrived he was surprised to see there wasn't a handle nor on the bathroom heater either, but that one was turnedd off. He had to come twice, didn't have a replacement...
