“I stayed 4 nights during my first time visit in Lima, and overall experience was excellent. The room was so clean and cozy, so I didn’t have any problems while sleeping. Especially, when I was checking out, a chaotic accident happened that my luggage was missing mixed with other group’s ones. Then the manager and other staffs tried to figure out the problem, and they helped my luggage transfer to the airport. I really appreciate the all the staff helping me out. Gracias!”
