Everything was great, except the WiFi, which kept going in and out, but that could have been the Internet service provider. They provide free airport pick up (but not drop off, which costs $10). The sheets and pillows are a good quality, the mattress was comfortable, the water is hot and has good pressure, and the room service food was very good and reasonably priced. “This place is amazing. It is very family-friendly, with lots for kids to do and explore. We stayed in the family room, which was very spacious and comfortable for us. There are many activities available and all were fun. Some of the things we enjoyed were a difficult hike, a night walk, beer and chocolate tastings, wine and cheese tastings, and candle making. The food is fantastic. The fireplaces are lit in the evening and our family loved sitting in front of the fire. ”
