"This property is ok, nothing makes it stand out but the breakfast ends at 9:00! That is a little to early for folk on holiday that like to have a leisurely start to the day."

"Don’t be fooled by the first picture, this is NOT the hotel. It is the castle close by. The hotel has a very unremarkable store front on the street that easily passed by. The interior is well done and cute. Our room was well suited for our needs as family of four traveling. There is NO A/C and only a small fan provided air for circulation from the windows that barely opened. The hotel has a great location and we lucked into parking right around the corner at the police station for $36 for 18...

"Disappointed to say the least. A kid at the reception who doesn’t know English nor hotel business and has to check everything with her boss; no parking; the toilet set is broken; the toilet mirror is tinted; the bed is called “double” but is actually a medium 120 cm teenager bed; the bathroom was filled with sewerage smell when we came in; the window is to the hotel’s public balcony. Overall, bad experience."

"It's a good area to stay if you drive as there are plenty of parking lots, just that room is a little small with 1 big swing window (into room) which you need to open to get fresh air into room. Bathroom is good size and clean."

"I have stayed in this property before and like the area. You are in a nice residential neighborhood with a short walk to the lake and path, 45 min. roundtrip. Very relaxing. The food is the standard Scandinavian breakfast. There are a few options for lunch and dinner within walking distance but the other options are in Kristinehamn 5-11 minutes away. The room had a small refrigerator so one could buy food at ICA Maxi like a bread roll and deli-meat, roasted chicken…etc. The restaurant scene...

"Very convenient for waking to restaurants and center of town sites. Unfortunately the local parking garage was being renovated so I parked at the nearby university parking lot. About 4 min. walk and 5:20pm to 9:20 am parking was under 8 USD. Ticket machine is electronic, chose language, tap credit card, enter vehicle license plate, verify plate, add time you want to park, verify time, tap card again and done.
