"Its a very well located hotel . Just 7 minutes to pavillion mall and bukit bintang and malls . Jalan alor is minutes away . The staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are modern with good amenities. The breakfast is great . Highly recommended. "

"I like that the hotel staff are very friendly. We arrived 12 pm and they allowed us to check in early as there are available clean room. Hotel manager told us they will give the room as long as available and not ask customers to wait till 3pm. Highly recommended as hotel is ideally located too."

"Photos were misleading. Rooms very small. Had pillar in middle of room making it inconvenient to move around. AC didn't work well. Poorly maintained. Very dirty. Neighborhood not the nicest. "

"the bedroom is nice, the coordination and navigation is easy. self check in and out is easy as well. downside is the cleaning service quality, they kinda hide used towels and unwashed dishes in the cabinets and wardrobe, open up at your own risk"

"The good: location, size of room, kitchenette, smart TV, pool (if you can use it) and price. The rest: Check-in (3pm) and check-out (11am) are a little late/early based on my experience. Requests for early/late check-in/out were met with a curt response telling me the regular timings. You also must pay to leave luggage. Not sure why 4h is needed to turn around rooms as ours was not clean. A toothpaste cap and bottle lid were found around the fridge, a straw wrapper in the bathroom, rings left...

"Excellent location! The cleaning crew can do better. There was an ant infestation and multiple other bugs. NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER, I don’t understand why - our property manager, as nice as he was, didn’t give a solution or explanation."

"Had a quality time with family. Swimming Pool and shopping mall were very nearby. My kids, they loved the environment and surroundings. Staffs were helpful, provided everything we needed and wanted. Thanks a lot for that. Full marks for that 💯 Recommended. "
