Pros: - Very good location, walk up is Pavilion Bukit Bintang, walk down is TRX - Very good scenery from the 37th floor pool area for night view shots, also lots of bikini women taking pictures of themselves to post online - Very helpful staff who will guide you where to check in/out, and Q-guiding for whichever lift incoming - Clean towels, bed, and overall room Cons: - Lifts are a pain to wait. Minimum 5mins wait. Can't imagine if there's a fire/emergency - Room toilet size are meant for Asians- very small and you're bound to bump onto the door/basin/shower door/toilet bowl. Just a bit bigger than the average Japanese hotel toilet If one can look past the cons, this hotel is definitely worth staying in!

Overall a decent stay, especially for the location. It’s within walking distance of the main Bukit Bintang area, and both check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. The air-conditioning was fantastic and a godsend during this terrible haze season. There are a few things that could be improved though. The bathroom definitely needs more hooks — one really isn’t enough, especially for two people. The TV in our room was also pretty bad; the channels lagged so much that we eventually gave up and just watched CNA, which was streaming from YouTube. We couldn’t even log into YouTube itself. Soundproofing wasn’t great either. The walls seemed quite thin and the doors are heavy, so we heard quite a lot of slamming from the corridor. At one point, a couple in the room beside us were arguing loudly and we could hear them very clearly. The hotel was also extremely crowded during our stay, probably because it coincided with Golden Week and there were many tour groups around. When we were checking out, it took us more than 15 minutes just to get into an elevator with enough space for us and our luggage. That said, the location is excellent and the stay itself was otherwise comfortable.

The elevators make you wait forever and the twin beds are extra small. Besides this the hotel was the best with a very beautiful view. The sitting area on floor 37 was spectacular.

New and near bukit bintang and city centre. Room is clean and fresh. Nice view of the TRX. Downside is that it's crowded so anticipate a bit of a wait upon check in and lift.

For the price, the hotel suites basic needs. Nice bed, clean room, good air conditioning, hot water. However the refrigerator does not work well and barely kept anything cold. I needed it for my medication and it did not keep it cold. There is also no ice machine available. Other than that the location was convenient with the Pavillion Mall and lots of restaurants nearby. A great value.

Great view of Kuala Lumpur. I was on the 29th floor of 37 floors, and I loved my view during the evening and during the day. The pool which is on the 37 floor is beautiful and the room was the right size. Wonderful staff, very helpful lining up transportation for me and answering all my questions. In fact, the staff was the best part of my experience, friendly and knowledgable. It is about 45 minutes from the airport if there is no traffic. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast included although there was a cafeteria area to purchase a few snacks & breakfast items. Also, I was disappointed that there was no service for channels on the TV. I could have connected to my computer, however. The location of this hotel was perfect, walking distance to a mall and several small restaurants. The 7 Eleven was right on the corner, so convenient. Checkin and checkout were both easy. Busy place, but very organized. This area of Kuala Lumpur has a safe feeling.
