“Very welcoming. Rustic, charming with lovely friendly host and professional staff. The honeymoon lavender suite was peaceful and tranquil. Great view's with nice pool area. Nice breakfast and good banter with the staff. We would visit again! ”

“The treehouse would be tricky for people with knee issues to get to, but we were undaunted by the stairs because the ambiance of staying in a treehouse was magical. The main pool is great and the private pool at the treehouse was an unexpected delight. Perhaps providing additional dustbins for recycling items could be an improvement, but the view, the rooms, the braai, and being surrounded y nature was thoroughly enjoyable! ”

“Overall the property was what we expected. Ideal for two persons enjoying the SA westcoast. Basic, safe, clean with a small kitchen, equipped for 2 persons. Clean linen and a comfortable double bed. ”

“Lovely relaxed old style location. Really have a sense of history staying in a 300 year old building on a working wine estate. Not having a dinner option close by was a little inconvenient - but that said, we were there on old years eve. ”

“Warm welkom, dames doen er alles aan om je een plezierig verblijf te bieden. Prachtig uitzicht uit een aantal kamers. Veel keus tussen kleinere kamers, iets groter en een heel huis met 1 of meerdere slaapkamers. De dieren op de farm: paarden, kippen en schapen lopen lekker te grazen op grote grasvelden. Goed uitgeruste keuken, eigen terras met meubels en bbq buiten en er ligt hout met aanmaakblokken om vuur te maken. ”

“We decided to come here because it’s a place without light pollution. This hotel sound cool, so we will go it. But when we arrived, this place was really amazing ! Pool, garden, close to a Orange agriculture and AN AMAZING OWNER ! The breakfast was really good (vegetarian and vegan possibilities). This family work for your pleasure and we felt relax and peaceful Thanks ! ”

“We were upgraded to the family room, which was great, the only concern was going up and down the steep staircase having to access the kitchen and bathroom, and there is no TV in the bedroom. Something I did not see mentioned in the reviews I looked at was that the nearest shops are 20km away, in Ysterfontein.”
