"The hotel room was beautiful but room 317 hvac was very loud, made it difficult to get a restful sleep. The staff was accommodating especially Leonard, front desk rep and the 2 ladies working at breakfast, they were friendly and helpful which made me feel I was at my grandmothers house, which I loved."

"I was only one night with my kids and the attention from Curtis was AMAZING!!! He upgraded my room to feel better with my kids he was very friendly and supportive with information. Definitely one of my favourite places to come back. "

Could use a small step stool to get into and out of the bed, and maybe a small half door across the stairs for safety, especially at night. "
