Everything was fantastic, we appreciated the pool as we traveled with a child and yes the water was warm. Outside they have lounge chairs if you like to tan, a grill, and a firepit. Breakfast is not included but it is very good. If I ever travel to Ithaca again I will definitely be booking here

Convenient hotel right at the airport in the associated business park. Well maintained property. From our perspective, the breakfast options were poor (basically coffee and pasteries), but the hotel is a very short drive from College Town Bagels at Triphammer Mall, which has outstanding options. Our room was comfortable and large, and very quiet.
