In an area just outside of town and off the main highway so it was quiet. Minimal breakfast options but there are good restaurants nearby in Watkins Glen. We would stay here again for sure!

The property is very close to Watkins Glen. For a short stay just to sleep, it did its purpose. The room has a microwave and fridge. The parking is very convenient outside the room. They do offer continental breakfast (muffins, bananas, apples, tea and coffee). The bed was comfortable. Overall, good stay.

Very clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Liked having an extra sink outside the bathroom. Make sure you pick up one of their business cards; it has a nice short things to do on the back. Also very close to some nice trails; walking distance.

Everything was clean - in fact the odor from the laundry detergent was a bit overwhelming especially since one of us can be allergic to such. The bed was very firm but still somewhat comfortable. The breakfast was as minimal as can be and still call it a continental breakfast. The pressure jet tub was nice and large and worked.

This property is about 5-10 minutes drive to Watkins Glen State Park. very convenient, but it is in Montour Falls, the next town. Montour falls isn't as glitzy as the town of Watkins Glen, which has alot more restaurant and shops. but overall it's a good property, be sure to reserve the rooms facing the street side, which has great evening and morning views.

Perfect location for visiting Watkins Glen and the Racetrack. Always super clean and the owners are very friendly. I've been racing at Watkins Glen for 30 years and I keep coming back to the Falls Motel.

THE HOTEL DID A BAIT AND SWITCH. THE ROOM ON THE EXPEDIA SITE LOOKED CLEAN AND ROOMY. THE REAL ROOM WAS DIRTY, DARK, SMALL, AND SMELLY. I COULD NOT STAY THERE. WENT ELSEWHERE AND FOUND A CLEAN, AIRY, LARGER ROOM FOR LESS PLUS A NICE BREAKFAST. EXPEDIA AND FALLS MOTEL WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AND WENT ELSEWHERE. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA!!! DO NO GO TO FALLS MOTEL!!!

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We needed an additional pillow and got it from the office immediately. Even though there were other guests, we didn't hear them. It was very quiet. The room had a dark wood theme that was perfect for the location. Plenty of parking. The staff was available as needed well in to the night, with a call number after 11;00. I have been there before and would go back if I stay in the area again.

Parking can be a little tight if you have large vehicle. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a couple different fruits and individually wrapped muffins with a couple types of drink options. Room was overall clean with a few spots that were overlooked or ignored. Water pressure is weak, but I have yet to find a motel/hotel that does have nice water pressure. The location is wonderful if you plan to visit Watki a Glen and/or Senica Lake.
