“O quarto está bem decorado e confortável, todavia a limpeza pode ser melhorada. Existiam várias teias de aranha espalhadas pelo quarto e casa de banho. O mais estranho e desconfortável foi a casa de banho ser minúscula sem cabine de duche. Tomávamos banho literalmente em cima do lavatório e da sanita, deixando tudo molhado.”

“The lady on reception during my stay was more than helpful. She behaved like a friend and made me feel very comfortable and at home. Nothing was too much trouble and she took an interest in my activities and helped me overcome one potentially annoying problem. The location is brilliant, the room very comfortable: A kitchen, washing machine and plenty of space. The only issue would have been parking but I was on public transport so not an issue for me.”

“Nice hotel on the edge of town , lovely apartment room ”

“The hotel is in the centre of Old Town,which is very good and it also has a carpark but it is small therefore you have to reserve it beforehand and you also need to pay for it daily. The people at the reception were so nice with a smile on their faces. The atmosphere was very good but the only thing as a disadvantage was that the room was so small and you had to close the bathroom door in order to pass through the corridor. Apart from that it was clean and you don't have any problems with hot...

“Absolute A , 10/10! I wish I would have got the staffs names because they were excellent, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable people. The younger girl who works during the day is an angel and helped me with directions and information. Breakfast was amazing with meat and vegetarian options. Room was spotless clean and very affordable. ”

“Fantastic hotel, large room, delicious breakfast with the rabbits hopping about and excellent wine tasting. Lunch at Zelanos restaurant was excellent and great quality dinner at La Cave. Pool area was also perfect for relaxing and as shown in the pictures and an outdoor playground for kids. It looks more like a French castle than what some expect to find in Bulgaria, but then that’s the same for the whole of Bulgaria which is one of the most underrated countries you could visit. ”

“這是老城裡的一間老房子，若你喜歡體驗老房子，是不錯的選擇，否則住起來是不舒服的，很普通的設備，房屋地板是木頭的，你可以聽到樓上講話及走路聲。另外，停車是停在房屋前面，路的兩旁，前往旅館的道路很窄，又是坡道，又是髮夾彎。但位置近中心確實是很大的優點。 ”
