"Rooms could do with upgrade paint off at the base of doorway and in different areas of the bathroom, plastic shower base colour worn off, spider web on window, shelf missing just 2 screws in tiles. Web page showing new style bathroom. Please take down webpage photos if you cannot supply the advertised rooms. Tea & coffee area well stocked, room serviced on our return, cold weather on arrival aircon was on that was a warm welcome."

"Room is quite small, basically enough room for the two beds and narrow space to walk. Not the cleanest and bathroom has a little smell. But for the price (substantially cheaper than other places) and location it is fine if you use it as place to sleep only. Beds were soft and comfortable "

"Entry to room is open to the elements, and has a very small concrete step to gain access. The roadways are very uneven, and hold water , especially near room entries. Generally, once past the reception, the pile up of garden rubbish is certainly needing removal, or at least tidying up."

"Loved the ambience of being in this former school. Room had everything that a motel has but is not large. This was not an issue as there is access to full kitchens and lounge areas and nice little nooks. The room also opened onto a beautiful verandah with great views. "

"The property provides convenient, reasonably priced accommodation and a cosy dining experience in the pub or lounge. The log and gas fires in the pub were wonderful on a rather chilly evening. The private bathroom being located across the hallway and not in the room was a bit of a surprise, but the bathroom is newly renovated. (Also no fridge in the room as per the amenities list). "
