“Great location- check in kid was a bit dopey and didn’t know anything about the parking situation across the street otherwise a nice hotel. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30 so if you’re looking for an early start this might be at bit inconvenient as everywhere else we stayed in Ireland started at 7:00. Would recommend to stay here again ”

“Marion, our host, could not have been more helpful or welcoming. It genuinely felt as if we were family friends staying with her. We arrived really late after a delayed ferry and she was very accommodating and helpful in every way. Our room was clean and comfortable with a really beautiful view. “Overall we had a great stay at Hydrangea House. We did get a bit cold as the heating went out but it was over a holiday week so there wasn't much that could be done. We did just fine. The house is comfortable and in a great country type setting. ”

“The room was OK, just a little strange because it was under the roof. The breakfast was average as you had to do everything yourself and with a very limited range of food. On the plus side, this was the cheapest hotel I stayed during my trip in Ireland.”

“Varun the host was great and readily available with any questions we had and we appreciated that we were able to check-in early. There was a problem with the wi-fi initially but Varun went out of his way to get it fixed as soon as possible. The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything: pubs/restaurants grocery store, etc & a few minutes walk from the bus. Bedroom was a bit small but manageable, kitchen had everything we needed.”

“This accommodation was a college dorm. There was three of us and we each had a separate room and bath around a common living and dining area .it was nice that each of us had privacy. The only negative was there was no place to eat or buy food close by. We had to walk approximately 1 mile to find a pub to eat dinner.”
