“Booking was made for three people and bed linen was provided for two. Reception closes at 7pm and the emergency number was on a board at the closed reception as we all are perfectly aware that it would be there to go and find it?! Why not send that info in the number of emails that we received or have it in every room ? Or why not forward to that number when reception is closed which is 19 of 24 h ? One of the chairs had a dusty footprint on it , so there was no cleaning of that apartment worth...
