“Nice hotel. Breakfast was good. The rooftop bar was a disappointment as it looked unkept and the service was slow. Housekeeping didn’t service our room for 2 days, which was a disappointment especially after a beach day. The location is great. But, if you want to take your dog to the beach, you will have to walk or do a short drive about 10 blocks to get to the dog friendly part of the beach. Couldn’t use the pool due to a very large group that was drinking very heavily and smoking in the pool along with language. 9:40 at night I had to call the front desk due to how loud they were and us trying to sleep. I was on the 5th floor and couldn’t sleep. Let’s not even talk about the fire and my handicap wife trying to navigate 5 floors of stairs. “Our room was over a loud what I think was an air conditioner. Our room was near the garbage room and the odor wafted. The floors have carpet and had a foul odor. TV very small. Elevator was always busy. Wait staff at restaurant in the hotel were rude and the food was mediocre at best. Will never stay at this hotel again that calls itself a resort. I guess just because it's beachfront property they have the right to call it a resort.”
