The beach is fantastic for anybody who loves to swim or enjoy the view. Food is plenty but may require some attention to quality over quantity. Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia . Would not recommend this property. I am still waiting for a refund which Expedia is organsing as this was a terrible experience and introduction to Djerba and its people. property communucation"

"Beach, activities, Pool and cleanliness and staff are really nice. Staff appeared not sufficient informed sometimes. Paying/Renting the safe is ridiculous. The hammam needs restoration as it looks, smells and is old. A cockroach appeared while I was in the Hammam. Overall our stay was pleasant and the warm hearts of the staff made it really nice."
