“Nothing to complain about here, great welcoming and excellent customer service from staff (need a bit of work on security attitude at the front gate) very neat establishment specially the bar for drinkers, definitely coming back every time going to the island.”

Wirklich sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter im Service, gutes Essen und Glück mit dem Wetter Ende Oktober. Einziger wirklich harter Kritikpunkt ist die Organisation der Tischvergabe beim Abendessen. Egal, wo man in der Reihe beim Anstehen vor Öffnung des Restaurants stand, gab es zu viele Gäste, die im Vollsprint zu den Tischen rasten, um sich diesen zu sichern. Kein Verhalten, das...

“Tout est très propre. Le personnel est aux petits soins et l’équipe d’animation géniale ! L’accès à la plage au top. Le buffet est très riche, varié et bon. Tout était parfait ! ”

“Hôtel agréable mais certaines choses à améliorer : l animation inexistante , soirées s adressant à un public senior , rien pour les jeunes , manque de variété dans la nourriture , et surtout un manque d hygiène dans la piscine couverte en laissant se baigner des femmes en vêtements non adaptés type pull en laine et legging coton . Sinon chambre super sympa , personnel sympa et piscines extérieurs cool ”

“Clean and charming hotel, mostly French speaking and whilst we were there mostly over 65 aged guests. Nice food. Lots to do and my sons in 20s loved it”

“Hard to fault this! We went in early December so both the hotel, airport and nearby area were rather empty; when it came to check out we were allowed to keep the room and stay in the resort with all the food and dinner for the day until we were ready to head to head to the airport in the evening. Hard to fault here! I can't think of anything more I would want from this hotel other than to spend more time there!”

“Food is too expensive and not great. I asked for the room to be alcohol free but the request was not fulfilled. The room was great and comfortable. However the food was not great. The breakfast had stuff from the previous days. This hotel is not worth the price and is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. ”

“Petit hôtel a taille humaine avec un personnel chaleureux, une réelle propreté, une bonne cuisine ! La piscine est tres agreable et le bord de mer a la porte de l’hôtel. Vraiment nous avons passé une bonne semaine là bas ! Juste une remarque de detail, ne pas appeler une seance de banal massage des pieds une seance de réflexologie plantaire 😉 ”

“For a 5 star hotel, the rooms were not great. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and they put me in a room that was as far as possible from reception. It made no sense, considering the very few people staying at the hotel. The first receptionist had terrible customer service. When I returned at night after a long day of touring, the fellow at reception was on his phone and barely acknowledged me, even after I had to walk all the way back from my room because me key was not working....
