"Honestly they have good customer service and it’s located in a really prime area in the marina. A few issues popped up but nothing major (like balcony door wouldn’t close). I would stay here again."

"Love this hotel. But, less English channels on the room TV and reception asking you if you’ve ’stayed with us before?’ When you’ve been to the hotel multiple times, would be nice to hear ‘welcome back’ before the receptionists asks. Other than that, great cost effective hotel. "

"The property was nice but 8 dont tjink its completely done. They didnt have a pressing iron, bath robs and the room phone was very hard to figure out We had to physically go downstairs 😒 "

"A true business hotel only 4 stops away from the World Trade Centre and one stop away from Dubai Mall. It is a very convenient hotel"

"Nice hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. Room was clean and spacious. Free bottled water left every day with fridge in room to keep it chilled. Only downside, the location - a taxi ride away from the metro which was a little inconvenient. Also, the cargo port is directly opposite. The extremely bright 24-hour lights from there can hinder sleep. Best to ask for a room not on this side if this could be a problem. "
