Recently stayed at Regency Luxury Suites for 7 days 19-26 November. I had a top floor one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It was perfect for my needs and whilst Luxury is a bit ott the accommodation was spotless, well thought out, staff were first class especially Beatrice on Reception. The location is excellent for the Marina, for getting over to The Walk and Beach and not far from 2 Metro stations. If I return to this part of Dubai I would be thrilled to return to this Apartment.

Great hotel, great location, helpful staff.

We love this hotel, stay here every time we're in Dubai. Great location, nice rooms with kitchenette and really helpful staff, especially the porter Alauddin who we have come to know from staying here regularly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved staying here!! The hotel was clean, check in and out was so fast and convenient. The staff was verh helpful and responsive to me. Room was always kept tidy everytime i went out. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I wouldn't call the hotel luxury, so the advertisement is misleading. The room was clean, but it was definitely a step down from Tumbi Hotel Dubai The Palm. I wish I had kept my booking there, but I wanted to try new things! The room was also so cold at night, so when I called the receptionist to ask about heating, they hung up — and as an asthmatic, this was very important to me! The customer service wasn't great. The manager, Aziz, had an attitude from the beginning; it was barely possible to get any response to questions! I usually don't leave bad reviews, but as someone who owned a hotel, I think it is important to leave feedback — especially if the management is not communicating — and hopefully, it will help improve their service!

Good location at the entrance of Dubai Marina, perfect to take taxi, since the hotel is located just before traffic starts. Free room upgrade granted us a huge room with a superb view of Dubai Marina and nice amenities such as kitchen and washing machine, very appreciated! Walkable 10 mins from JBR and very convenient to take electric scooters on the Marina Walk! Just one tip for the hotel: please place the bed in the room in a way that faces the outside Marina view.

Great location and ammenities

Great location at the heart of the marina but avoiding traffic, bed is comfortable and apartments are clean. Some staff have an attitude, especially the front desk man that is there at night, but besides that, will 100% stay again
