"Hotel is in the process of being upgraded. Our rooms were fully upgraded with modern, bright lights, fresh paint, and new furniture. We appreciated the USB-A and USB-C outlets near the bedaide tables, in addition to regular outlets.The bedding was nice, but some might find it a bit thin. The view was the concrete interior courtyard. The restaurant was lovely and really the only thing around. "I usually really enjoy the Princess Victoria. This time there was a birthday dance party under my room on a Sunday night, music stopped at 10 but there was noise from people outside, some fireworks, and cleanup until about 11. After that it was peaceful and the rest of the stay was good."

It spent more time not working, and on the last day waited 12 hours for it to be turned back on. Owner obviously knew what the issue was! Expedia did nothing to assist in resolving the matter. "

"My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! "

"This property should not be let. There was no hot water in the bathrooms and showers, the oven didn’t work, the washer/dryer didn’t work, and the unit was not clean. The property management company did nothing to resolve the issues. We left after the first night and went to a hotel. Very frustrating. "
