"We loved our stay at horta garden. We generally like to interact with locals and have peace and quiet so that we can rest after doing outdoor activities all day. Horta garden fit that explanation perfectly. The Cafe downstairs is convenient and there are tons of local food options close by. This hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the scuba diving shop and I thought it might be an issue, but honestly we loved the walk in the early mornings. "House is in quiet place, full of nature. I received a really big house, fine in the appearance, very clean and completely fournished. Comfort was at top and all was working perfectly. Also garden an swimming pool were very good. Host was really polite and full of attention, providing an appetizing breakfast. If obly also some vegetables had been added, no possibility of improvement woulf have left! Perhaps a car to reach is needed, but it is strongly recommended for a comfortably full immersion...

There was a fresh baked cake, basket of cheese, basket of fruit, basket of bread/biscuits and a bottle of wine waiting on the dining room table when we arrived. The patio off of the house was a fantastic private setting for evening wine and cheese. The old basalt cottage was impeccable, it looked brand new as if we were the first to occupy!"
