Galway City Centre 3 Stars Hotels

"This was a convenient place to stay. We had one of the better meals on our trip here. The pizza and chicken was exceptionally good. We did not realize the hotel did not have air conditioning. They supplied us with fans and the windows were open so that helped. The facility could use a facelift. However, all in all, it was a good place to stay."

"Overall the Snug Townhouse was a very good place to stay. Its location is ideal to explore the Quay area of Galway and very easy to pop in and out as you explore. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving advice on where to visit. The room was tight but efficient. The only thing the room lacked were some amenities in the room including tissues, an iron, lotion, and shampoo. "

"My favourite hotel in galway all the staff are amazing they work really hard to make your stay enjoyable the pub is great with live music later good location near the bus station and plenty of venues nearby "

"The hotel was easy to deal with, both getting into and for getting into the city. The room was great. What I didn’t like was the breakfast. It was unclear how to pay for the breakfast (since the Expedia rate didn’t include breakfast). Once I finally paid (off to the side at the bar) I had to go back to the host desk to be seated. It was a poorly apportioned buffet where the fried eggs’ yolks were cook d solid after being under the heat lamp so long."

"Parking was not as expected. We were told where parking was off property when they had parking in the hotel lot. This was inconvenient to say the least. "

"We really liked this traditional hotel. Our room was very comfortable and homey and clean. The cleaning staff for the hotel were really helpful (helping us get our luggage upstairs). The only thing that you might stay away from is the dinner food in the attached pub. It didn't have much taste. But the breakfast was fine. "
