"The place is spotless, professional, and easily accessible on foot, buses, or subway. However, a couple of notable things. First, depending on the room, the bed mattress was very shallow and uncomfortable. If you are staying more than a couple of day, I'd avoid "Superior Twin." Two, it was awesome that it came with included breakfast. Though, the breakfast was definitely not catered towards any western palates (like breads, scrambled eggs, and bacon). They got plenty of varieties for any rice...

"The room was very clean and room size is bigger than other business hotel. The dining around the area was great. Apgujung Rodeo is walkable distance. Staff was very friendly and beyond my expectations. Only down side of the hotel was breakfast. They had small section of all you can eat salad bar and they have only 4 choices for the breakfast main menu. It could be better if they had a full all you can eat breakfast. Overall, it was great stay and I will come back here for my next business...

"The room lacked AC. So it got a bit warm for my taste. The room was comfortable besides not being able to control the temp. You can open the window but did not help much. "

"Check in was a bit strange. It was 'self-checkin.' Basically you used a kiosk, but a person spoke to you watching you from a camera. We initially came early to drop our bags and they just had us leave them with a few others in a completely unattended lobby. Felt a little sketchy. "Pros: Clean, close to Everland, comfortable beds. Cons: For 16$ breakfast - very poor selection, nothing interesting around to see, not many parking spots. No drinking water in rooms."

"Good price and good hotel. Located near Lotte center and other metro stations. Near to Asan Medical Center who is attending courses or coming to Asan Medical center for other reasons. Near to local restaurants and nice parks around here. "

"We tried to stay at famous Gangnam area but not so much to visit around the hotel. Starfield COEX mall is not too far but not walking distance. Good thing is Airport bus stop (going to Incheon Airport) is right in front of the hotel. Clean and nice area. We ( family of 4 adults) got a suite on 17th floor which has 3 beds. The one in upstairs in only mattress on the floor ( 2 story room). Noticed some dust on the floor. Otherwise it is a very nice room. "

I rejected and the counter staffer told me that if i gave a good review, the hotel offers 1 hour free extension. Hmmmm........ Decided to turn down the offer and go for early checkout instead. "A nice apartment that was good size for 6 of us. We stayed for 3 nights. Slightly further away from all the facilities of the park but there’s a shuttle to the next hotel. The hotel isn’t exactly catered for overseas guests. Most staff only know very basic English and don’t budge about slightly early check ins and outs. They also do not store your luggage, which was a real pain when we arrived earlier than the check in time. "

"Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount.
