This hotel is located very near Exit 3 of Seolleung station (Line 2) of Seoul subway system. For this reason, it was extremely easy to visit anywhere in Gangnam, Seoul. I just love the location of this hotel. In fact, I stayed at this hotel for more than 10 nights in 2024 and 2025. And I did not stay at any other hotel in Seoul in 2024 and 2025.

The room itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, with excellent water pressure and a convenient location. The hotel was under renovation, but we were informed about possible noise at check-in and that was not an issue. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Our room temperature was 77°F (25°C), and when I called the front desk I was simply told to turn off the heat and open the window. A fan was only provided later after another complaint. I later became sick and tried to order room service using the tablet in the room, which listed drinks, breakfast, brunch, and desserts. When the order didn’t work, we were told the restaurant was closed due to renovations. There was no notice of this, and the tablet menu was misleading. We contacted Expedia hoping the hotel could at least suggest nearby restaurants since my husband doesn’t speak Korean, but the hotel representative was reportedly rude and only offered partial reimbursement if we checked out within 30 minutes—even though I was sick. The room and location were good, but the lack of communication and poor customer service affected our overall experience.

I come back to this hotel when I go to South Korea. It has a modern aesthetic. It’s walking distance to the subway and is also walking distance to COEX Mall. The rooms are very spacious and clean!! It’s very convenient area close to subway line 2 and buses. A lot of restaurants to eat nearby! The staff was great except wish we got help loading and unloading luggages to the hotel room and when we checked out. The only minor thing missing in the room is a full length mirror and there’s no mirrors in the hallway or lobby.

Our family had a good experience with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms for the week. One of the rooms had a strong odor and they switched us to a different room at our request without any issues. There were lots of eateries within walking distance to the hotel. Uber and subway were easily accessible from the hotel.
