"Clean rooms and friendly staff! Away from center so it was little difficult to find cab. Room heaters charged separately but were not big enough to keep the room warm."

"Clean rooms but they put those terrible air fresheners in the rooms which were overpowering - had to put it out on the balcony. No heating, had to wear a coat to eat in the restaurant. Had to time the water heater in amongst the power cuts. So overall expensive for what it was."

The hotel is 100% Vegetarian but there are so many landmark N Veg options at stone throw that this is not an impediment. Restuarant is serving amazing food along with daily live singing by local talents. Darjeeling station where all the Toy Train (heritage steam engine driven trains) start for joy ride is 1 min away from hotel. "
