"Good location and great hotel"

"The property did not have an iron and ironing board, no wash/face cloths, no cabinets for storage of clothes. The closet did not exist, it was simply a rod with 4 hangars in the open room. The carpet also had a very large dark stain."

"Be aware that it is next to a casino and the parking could be pretty crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. The bed mattress is overly soft, softest I have seen in fact, I prefer much firmer but this is personal taste I guess. The breakfast is paid, but really good both selection and value-wise. Overall, it is a good value, clean room with little annoyances."

"The Hotel Teleport is a nice hotel in a pretty good location in Rotterdam. Rooms are small and the towels are sparse, but the hotel is an alright place to stay. "

"It was easy to find this hotel from Centraal Station, less than 5 minutes walk. I found the staff friendly and welcoming with check in smooth and efficient. I stayed in the Candy Room which was small but comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. If you don't like stairs don't choose this room as there is a fairly steep flight of stairs up to it. The advantage being there is only one room at the top so it is very quiet and has it's own en suite. Breakfast was buffet style and the usual...

Few downsides … No kettle / tea coffee facilities or even bottled water in room … understand they want to be green etc but think basics like this at the rate hotel charges is a must. Biggest let down was the bedding … king / double bed … but they use two single...

"This was our favorite hotel of the trip! We stayed two nights and loved the aesthetics of the Hotel Arsenaal. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast included was nice to have and the room which it is served is so beautiful. I am very pleased we stayed here after researching multiple different options in Delft."
