"This hotel is in a great location, just a few minute walk to the beach and an easy walk to the main street. Very clean and we had everything we needed. The balcony was fantastic. I would have loved to have a full-length mirror in the room and I didn't like the bathroom setup - in the shower area, taking a shower, there was nowhere to put your used and fresh clothes except the back of the toilet. Not all of us want to "show all" in the outside bathroom where the sink is and without a door for...

"Been to waikiki several times though a little construction one of best stays. Situated right one block from main street. Pool area newly renovated and beautiful if you prefer pool over beach. Walkable to everything 2 min to 5 min. The staff go above and beyond for guests. I would definitely stay here again looking forward to seeing new lobby renovations."

"There was miss communication about parking and not enough detail when we booked that they charge $45 for valet and that there is no free parking but can park for $35 at another hotel about 4-5 blocks away. The pool was closed the entire time and that was not told to us either. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was right by the elevators so we could hear everyone getting on and off. "i wanted to recognize the front staff for being kind & helpful. they asked me a reason for my stay & i mentioned i was celebrating for my birthday. the sweet lady checking me in gave me chocolates. i will always remember the generosity. & house keeping does light cleaning like changing towels & cleaning the bed! helped a lot when most of towels are being used for the pool. "
