Had a great stay and overall the room was good. Only thing that was tough, was the air not working right in our room. We couldn’t get it to cool down. Thankfully it was nice enough outside we were able to have the sliding glass door open! We would stay here again, just hope with a better air conditioner!

Friendly staff, they said are cleaning the room every 3rd day , they came once and didn’t see then anymore , we stay 6 days, old building , old furniture, not very comfy mattress, noise , we could hear the trash truck early in the morning, are more minus things then plus, closest to beach, and shopping is a plus, parking is only $35/24 hour is a plus. It’s an okay place to stay.

The room was good, especially the view. The only thing I would complain about was the shower and some of the furniture, which looked a bit outdated, especially the chairs. The shower was small and not very modern. There was also a slight smell in the bathroom, but it went away once we started using the shower. I think the room could use some updates, such as replacing the chairs, lampshades, shower, and bathroom tiles. However, the staff were very accommodating and provided great service. Overall, it was still a good place to stay, especially because it was close to everything. We were able to walk almost everywhere while exploring Waikiki, and most attractions were only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The view is definitely a must-see.
